Moving for Family

I often meet clients at pivotal moments in their lives and this family was no exception. They had bought their first home together in Hillsboro about 18 years ago. Their daughter was now starting high school downtown and traveling between Hillsboro and downtown Portland four times a day was killing them! It was time for a change.

We found the perfect spot for them downtown near the river that they could see themselves retiring in, and got to work on prepping their home in Hillsboro for the market.

With my knowledge of the current market, we were able to secure a sweet deal on their new downtown condo, with the seller even chipping in to cover some of their closing costs. And with our strategic pricing and top-notch marketing, we quickly received 8 offers on their Hillsboro home in the first weekend.

Two months after we met we had them settled in their new place and sold and closed on their starter home in Hillsboro!

It was an honor to work so closely with this family and help them through such a tricky transition!
